How do I return an item?

Breezesta and Poly-Wood furniture is built to order. Any order cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 48 hours of the order entry date to avoid a 25% change or cancellation fee. We will email you with your estimated shipping date for Breezesta furniture about 2 days after your order is placed - or call us at 503.801.4455 if you have questions.

RETURNS: Please contact us at 1-503.801.4455 or email Brian@iussedtobeamilkjug.com for authorization to return a product. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on any items that are being returned for any reason. Items that are packaged properly and deemed resalable will be credited to the customer’s account, less 25% restocking charge. Products that are discontinued or have been assembled are not returnable.

Shipping Damage - We will replace any damaged or missing item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after shipping to comply with our shippers requirements for damage claims.

Every Breezesta Poly Outdoor Furniture piece carries a Lifetime Residential Warranty from the manufacturer against cracking, splintering, chipping, peeling, rotting, and pest infestation. They will replace the product or refund the original purchase price if any of these defects occur.
